Slightly surprised that Oksana and Maia aren't seeded 2, but will check when the WTA finally publish the draw !

Have found the matches/seeds via Google. Don't know whether the draw would have been based on last week or this week's rankings but either way, Lumsden/Kalashnikova just miss out:

Bucsa/Niculescu 108 (last week) / 117 (this week)

Danilina / Panova 116 / 117

Kalashnikova / Lumsden 118 / 118

The draw is now available on the WTA website (it angers me that they are so late publishing it). And as pointed out, the seeds rankings were 108 and 116.
