There's only a 16-entrant quali draw, with 14 GB boys and only two foreign lads
The two wildcards have gone to Alex Winder and Alex English
Henry Jefferson should be the top seed in the main draw - the event is a bit 'below' him really but I guess because it's in Scotland he wants to play, which makes sense
Girls
The two wildcards go to AadyaIyer Chadalawada and Hannah Augustynska, who are both young Scottish players.
There are three non-GB players in the 16-strong quali draw
It should be a strong field in the main draw - Dani Piani, Hannah Rylatt, Allegra K Davies
Also interesting to watch Hollie Smart, Tegan Bush, Grace Chinwike....
In the girls, there were three GB qualifiers and one foreign player
Congrats to 14 year-old Amira Afzal who made it through.
14 year-old Isabella Makuch also got in as a LL
In the MD, it kicks off spicy, with top seed Allegra Korpanec Davies drawn against Hollie Smart. Definitely a match to follow.
Tegan Bush is also drawn against Hannah Rylatt which will be interesting.
Grace Chinwike is our second-best ranked 2009-er.
But like Alisha a couple of weeks ago, nearly all her points are from African events with rather lower ranked fields.
Will be curious to see how she does.
Wildcards have gone to Lara Savic, Teddy Prisadnikova, Celine Ricaud and Alice Wilson-Marsh
It's no new points for either girl at present (Allegra has to win to get new points and Hannah has 20-pointers to replace but she has a 36-pointer coming off in early Dec so it'll effectively just replace that one)
It's a far bigger deal for Max as he's that much lower ranked and so it already equals his highest counter, and will replace an 18-pointer. (And will be even bigger if he wins it, of course)
