Beth takes the first set 6-1 in just 28 minutes.
Vojcinakova was only 20th alternate on the entry list - but the ITF isn't showing her as having a wild card.

Beth won this easily - 6-1, 6-0. There are definitely points to be picked up at this time of the year with some sensible scheduling. I'm surprised more of our girls don't take advantage.

There's certainly scope for Beth to pick up some points here. She has a couple of single point counters, so 3 points from today is already an improvement. If she can qualify and get a decent draw she would pick up a few more. But there are a number of players ranked between 200 and 300 in the main draw.

 Beth's lowest counter is 18 so they'll  have to win another round for her to progress - but a usefull non-counter. smile
