Good to see Marni in the draw after her retirement last week. It was speculated at the time that she might have just run out of steam after her earlier two long matches rather than any significant injury.

Both the ITF and the WTA have her as WECKERLE rather than WECKERIE.

It's not really relevant to the match, but she's also ITF #1 with a string of points from W15 matches.
