I think so. Does that count out the 40k tournament then? Can't remember if it's all ITF tournaments or just the lower 15 and 25k ones that are a week behind.
Last year the top 93 made it into the draw initially with the top 99 making it after withdrawals. So at the very minimum she needs to get into the top 115 to get a top seeded draw in qualifying.
There seems to be more players than ever using SR'S or PR's to get into Grand Slam main draws. Former Grand Slam champions seemingly wanting to play but not with a high enough ranking include Emma, Wozniacki , Kerber and Ozaka. Then you can add on the likes of Patricia Tig of Rumania who has to qualify for a $25k tournament but has a protected ranking of 65 for Grand Slam purposes in 2023.
Can Lisicki get a PR too. She was out for so long I'm not sure if that qualifies her.
Lisicki won Calgary last week having entered on her ranking of 378. She's up to 281 this week. But she's been back playing since May 2022 - on and off - so no PR for her now

The main draw consists of 128 players so with 16 qualifiers and 8 wild cards the cut off would be 104. However as a guide there must have been at least 11 other players making the main draw one way or another to reduce the main draw cut off to 93. I think in some of the 2023 entries Simona Halep was included even though she was suspended .
Has the seed fallen from Harriets section of the draw?
Yes, both seeds are out - Galfi [8] and Wang [3]. Galfi lost to Harriet's next opponent and Wang to her last opponent.
In fact only Yue Yuan [5] is the only seed left in the draw - and there are 5 qualifiers in the QF's - the other three players in Harriet's half are all qualifiers.
