Got to fancy this then!

By the way - the thread title rather appropriately calls this the payoffs instead of play offs! Maybe some decent foresight when it was posted !

Sorry, my keyboard needs a service and my glasses need a clean !

Haha - I thought it was rather apt!

Ugh, what a horrible tie, but at least a chance for fans to watch a winning GB team.

I seriously thought about going and almost bought one of the last tickets for Saturday - but as it turns out I'd rather watch from the comfort of my sofa.

If the tie goes as well as it should, and I definitely don't count my chickens in Fed Cup, some dominating tennis from the GB girls in front of a busy crowd isn't a bad thing. Even if for the likes of us it's potentially not that interesting.

If we don't win this tie and win it very easily then I'd be even more disappointed than before now their top 2 players are out.

We should be confident of winning 3-0 without needing the last two matches.

I mean the Swede was playing good tennis in the recent UK ITFs but she's not playing a particularly high standard today. Jodie has just gotten inside her own head.

Full reset required.

I am the kiss of death for Jodie. Started to watch at 4-0. Pleased to say I need to go out so will miss the rest of the match

Jodie's brittle temperament shows again under no pressure then collapses against a run of mill itf player I saw in Glasgow two weeks ago.

The court doesn't look particularly quick to me, seems quite sticky.

That's 7 in a row 4-6 0-1*

Yes, but what the flip is Anne K doing?
This is exactly what a captain is supposed to be there for. And Anne must have known this was well possible.

Burrage is one of the world's least reliable players. It's always a surprise to me when she ever wins a match!
