Am I right in that, although the winners today get no WTA points, they do indeed get ITF points? Which may well be helpful if they want to get in to be able to play 15ks or whatever abroad?

Yes, they get 1 ITF point. Helpful to those without a WTA ranking to place them further up the entry list order. Of no use to those with a WTA ranking.

Thanks a lot, Lamdba
So, with five of them being unranked, that point is a useful addition - I wonder if it helps their US college applications too?
A pity there doesn't seem to be any streaming available for the qualifying matches; I was looking forward to seeing how Hollie Smart and Sophie Bekker get on.
It looks like they've got cameras for today's FQR matches
Q2: WILLIAMSON, Ava (GBR) UNR =CH {17yo JCH=777} LOST to EIKERI, Ulrikke (NOR) (1) 513 (CH=206 2018) 6-0 6-1
Q2: KNOWLES, Aimee (GBR) UNR =CH {16yo JCH=1682} LOST to WELKER, Emily (GER) (2) 643 (CH=593 2023) 6-1 6-4
Didn't see any of Ava, but Aimee put up a decent show, against a technically far better player, in the bit I saw in the second set, so well done to her.
Yes. I watched Bronte as a junior. She's always had a tidy, very lefty game. Pretty small in height but very nippy, and with good ball skills, and uses her leftiness well. (She's Finn's sister, of course).
College seems to have suited her.
Hannah Ryland was pretty out-classed against Mariam, losing 3 & 0
