Having reached a CH 371 earlier this year she will very likely drop out of the top 600 in a couple of weeks when her points from last year for a Loughborough W25 SF and a Shrewsbury W100 QF drop off.
No surprise about Mimi. Hannah is getting all the media coverage, but Mimi has a better junior ranking, so I'd expect her to go deep this week with a reasonable draw.
In fact she is a top doubles player, so if she is entered in doubles expect a surprise or too.

There's nothing in their junior rankings - Hannah's was better a couple of weeks ago, Mimi's is better now - I think as of today, Mimi is 14 and Hannah 16 - it's within spitting distsance, the two of them.
But since her foot injury seems to have cleared up, Mimi is certainly back on form and playing well and has huge potential going forward

They seem to be good friends and isn't it marvellous we have such a rich vein of talent across all of our juniors. Wish them all well.
Yes. I know it's always easy to kick the can down the hill - it's always the next group who are going to be the 'real deal'. But this time, our group of younger juniors at the moment are truly exciting, IMO.
Hannah and Mimi, and Mika too.
Meanwhile, Holly gets a nice win over Hep.
Hep had two set points to take the second set but Holly was a little more consistent over the match, had a better and clearer idea of her schemes of play, less poor errors.

I think the next few years will be really exciting watching who comes through the quickest, that breakthrough win, ups and downs as they get used to playing at a higher level. I like Mimi. I just feel she potentially has the bigger game - taking nothing away from the others. There is always a dark horse, wonder who it will be ???

Juniors don't always transition well - Ella and Ranah were top 20 juniors, but have struggled in senior comps. That is why you need a big pyramid of players, which we have and as you say someone sneaks through into seniors who we don't expect.
