I think Ali lost her doubles yesterday in a MTB.

I see Barnett and Nicholls lost today in a MTB.  Maia definitely asserting herself as GB No 1

Jodie is scheduled for sometime this morning.

This tournament is a fantastic chance for her to win her first WTA tournament. The field was very weak to start with and now is even weaker. She should be confident of at least making the final here and anything less than the semi final really would be a bit of a disappointment considering the level of player left in her half of the draw.

Really think this her golden opportunity to establish a firmer footing in the top 100.

Jodie was playing well and had taken the first set 6-2.Then having one game already to her name in the second set she saw red when

a ball she thought was out was not calles out. She has then just walloped the ball no matter where and is now 1-5.

Hope she comes out of the red haze.

Jodie lost the second set 2-6. She needs to learn to let go I that kind of thing as she just makes.Love difficult for herself. A And yes, I know that's always easier said than done.

Jesus Christ, what an ordeal. Fails to serve out the match and then goes 5-1 up in the tiebreak only to lose 6 points in a row. If anyone catches me watching a Jodie Burrage match in future they have my permission to shoot me.

Harsh comments here. Her opponent just did not miss from 1-5 and hit some beautiful shots.

I get that Jodie has a high-risk game that can go off the boil, and that therefore it's frustrating when it happens for us to watch, I do think she gets way more intense flak from people on this board when she falls short, than other players do.
