There's a big event in Rhodes this week for GB interest

J60 Greece

Boys: R1 wins for - Henry Best, Zech Hamrouni & Rhys Lawlor

Losses for Luke Jackson and Conor Brady

Girls: Allegra Hodson and Eloise Newberry lost

But young Hollie Smart (2009) came through qualis, and then won her R1.
Plays her next match tomorrow against the 7th seed.

Hollie is our next best 2009-er, after Hannah Klugman - although Edie Griffiths is also very close.
This is her first win at J60 level (she's only played two events before)

Rhys Lawlor is also a 2009-er and one of the best, after Mark Ceban. And it's also his first points at this level.
So well done to both

J60 Greece

Our 2009-ers are really leading the way

Both Hollie Smart and Rhys Lawlor have made the quarter-finals, which is a great result, and still counting.

Conor Brady+ and Zech Hamrouni+ are into the semis of the doubles (on opposite halves)

As are Eloise Newberry and Hollie Smart, playing together

J60 Greece

Hollie Smart (2009) has just taken the singles title here

It's not completely unexpected in that she's very high-ranked in Tennis Europe U14s and is the LTA top pick after Hannah K

But she's only played two events before, having lost in the QFs of a J30 and getting knocked out straight in a J100

So to go all the way through and get the title win here in a J60 is an excellent achievemeny

NB Conor Brady and partner lost their doubles final

J30 Bosnia & H

Vlada Kozak lost her final
