Toby doesn't seem to be on the roster for this year. Has he changed college or turned pro?
Toby and Johannus both have the ATP Collegiate Accelerator Programme WCs to use. So going to be tempting to go pro now and use them. Staying on for another year or two at college you might not finish high enough in the collegiate rankings to get the same WCs.
Have Miyazaki and Bains been upgraded as I don't see them in the qualifying draw for Tokyo?

Probably just late withdrawals, although Lily might have a wild card - unlikely though.
You don't withdraw from qualifying and incur a fine for doing so, if you have a wild card to the main draw. Even more so when you're only 3 out of the main draw and there's a chance you'd get in directly. Indeed, had Lily not withdrawn she'd be in the main draw without need of a wild card.
