We havent had a semi finalist in the mens doubles at the French Open since John Feaver in 1982 and a winner since Pat Hughes and Fred Perry in 1933.

Well, Neal and Wes are a set down, 6-3, today. Not looking promising at this stage but still time. But that stat above isnt looking like being bothered as it stands.

Worth watching the doubles progress of Krajicek and Dodig; they are into the semis. if they win the title, Austin Krajicek will make it to number one. Austin is a distant cousin of former Wimbledon champ Richard and Michaela as well.

Dodig & Krajicek win the title, comfortably beating Gille & Vliegen 6-3 6-1 in the final.

With the result, as Jon said, Krajicek will go to #1. Dodig is also up to #4 so both Neal & Joe drop. With other big points drops though, Lloyd & Harri will be up to CHs 7.

1. Krajicek 6590
2. Koolhof  6390
2. Skupski  6390
4. Dodig  5990
5. Ram  5952
6. Salisbury  5862
7. Glasspool  4235
7. Heliovaara  4235
