Confident start by Andy, good to see Chung back on the grass though. I hope he can make it back to the top 50 again, he was doing well until injury.

All GB absolute ding-dong on Court 3.

Fery - 1st set on a TB
Cox - 2nd set on a TB

3-3 in the decider

Ferry breaks
Cox breaks back.

Humdinger of a match by all accounts.

Yes, one player that reached futures level 5 years ago,and nothing more, against another player 10 years younger, trying to be a future levels player now

If you are winning matches at futures level, how come you are not a futures level player, but only trying to be one?

Well, he is not challenger level yet, that we know for sure! Are you old enough to remember Satellites?

Agreed, but he is more than 'trying to be a future levels player.'

Hey Vandy.  Long time no see - but that may be down to me, not you.

What ranking would you consider to be 'Challenger level' ?  Dan Cox has a CH ranking of 206.  Decent ranking for a 'futures' standard player. wink

Ryan came through well after a slow start and won that at a canter against a player who has grass court pedigree. Well done
