I hope this is correct. The draw was from the Tennis Forum site with my best guesses for players first names where there are two players with the same name and initial.

Fiona Ferro has fallen a long way from the 2020 French championships which because of Covid was held in the autumn. In the 1st round she beat Heather and in the 2nd round beat the 14th seed and future Grand Slam champion Rybakina. She was inside the worlds top 40 then. Since then she has had problems with injury and a case against her former coach.

Yes, and just to be clear this is not just a civil case against her coach.
He has been criminally charged with "rape of a minor by a person having authority over the victim and sexual assault of a minor over the age of 15 by a person having authority over the victim."
This is a crime in France which covers victims who are above the age of consent, and who may have indeed 'freely' consented, but where that consent is basically irellevant because the perpetrator was someone older who was abusing their position of influence.
(I'm not saying that Fiona consented, just that is the normal use of the charge)
It's been an awful time for her
She gave an interview two weeks ago where she said:
"Mais je nai plus mal aux tendons dAchille et jai un peu plus despace dans la tête."
i.e. her achilles tendon is not causing her pain any more and she's feeling a bit better mentally (I've got a bit more 'space' in my head)
