Going for 16, with no rhyme or reason for picking it!

thanks Blue Belle - amazing how all the picks are for different numbers, quite a spread with just one duplication!

I've just made a 2nd duplication by going for 15. So much seems to depend on the draw, especially for Kyle and Dan, how many mixed doubles will enter, and whether any women in singles or doubles will progress beyond R1. That's my take on it.

it is a complete toss up and I suspect some people wait until the qualies are ended and the draws for singles at least are known - those of us, like me, who go early really are playing darts with a blindfold

Playing 2 games for the price of 1.

for anyone looking for some rosier, glass half full news - last season, we managed 3 wins in total in qualies - Liam, Paul Jubb and Lily.

This season, so far, we have 3 wins - Ryan, Fran and Jan Choinski. We still have 5 women and 1 man to play their opener.

All 3 men get through their opener, Harriet joins Fran into round 2 and we have 5 wins in qualies so far with more to come. Beats last season already. Doesnt count to MD wins of course but it all feeds the potential pipeline!

ranges from 6 or less, to 19 now.

19 was last years effort - 9 the year before. Are we feeling negative this year??!

So no British qualifiers - time to get off the pot and put your vote in folks - we had 28 last time for the AO so a few more to come I hope!
