I'm guessing that Jan, Harriet and Sonay will choose French Open MD given the opportunity

I can't find actual entry lists for the teams, but Roland Garros have added doubles players to their player list. Brits playing doubles are

Julian Cash, Lloyd Glasspool, Jamie Murray, Henry Patten, Joe Salisbury, Neal Skupski
Alicia Barnett, Olivia Nicholls

Darts now showing the French mens doubles listing

Neal and Wes head the field
Joe and Rajeev second
Lloyd and Harri 6th
Jamie and Michael 14th
Julian and Henry 23rd

No surprises, Kokkinakis is playing with Struff , The Tsitsipas bros team up,

Liam and Ryan are entered as a pair but appear as 18th alternatives, dont imagine they will get in from that far down the list

Slightly surprised EWS has put her name down just in case but Bains and Lumsden have not.

Kokki might not list clay as his best surface but I doubt that Dan is too chuffed about that

Paire should be easy-peasy for Cam

Etcheverry is a very decent clay court player - I would imagine he'll be the favourite against Jack but their profiles aren't that dissimilar
