Great to see Katie playing back to back tournaments. Hope she can get some momentum going and push her ranking back up.

She jumped 19 places this week. A few more results like last week and she could soon be back in the top 100.

There is one more W60 in Japan after this one, they then have a succession of W25s, so Katie may move to another area after next week. If she does well this week and next week she might just get back in the top 100 before the UK grass season.

She will need around 650 points to make the top 100 and around 660 to be above place 99/100.  Been around that all year so far.

This has been a good tournament for our women in recent years. Katie won this tournament in 2018 and Heather won it the last time it was held in 2019. Can Katie retake the title and make it 3 consecutive British winners?

Hopefully 1 better than last time. Assume she will still go to French open for qualifying even though shes had little prep on Clay.

As I have posted in more detail in the women's rankings thread, Katie is now the British woman who has earned most points this year.

With her QF here so far she is currently live 110 on 233 points in that race.
