Emily took the first set 6-4, but Emily has just broken in an eight deuce game to open a gap (after failing to break in a six deuce game) in the second.

Emily (A) 4-6 *3-1 Emily (W-S)

Emily A completes her recovery to win 4-6 6-2 7-5 in three hours.

Shame for EWS, who had 4-3 *30-0 in the third, but obviously in the grand scheme of things better it's Em App getting the points.
