I don't thimk the match was suspended, as the matches on the other two courts haven't stopped - and have reached 45 minutes now.
I suspect that the data connection has failed and we won't know any more until either they fix it or the result is logged.

I wonder if one of them has retired....

You can load the actual court on itf streaming service and it's marked as 1-0 and there's no players on the court
