Well done Jamie and another battle of the Brits for Evo.

That result surprised me, well done to the lads

5 left in, Lloyd kicks off his play today.

Presumably Lloyd and Harri and Jamie and Michael V will drop out of Phoenix , at least if Lloyd and Harri win tonight?

Notice that Hijikata/Kubler lost 1 and 3 in the first round... and third seeds Rojer/Arevalo also out - men's doubles this year is all over the place!

hadnt spotted that, re Kubler and Hijikata, wow. Yep, it is the proverbial crap shoot more than ever.

Still, over the season the cream rise to the top and winning a slam or M1000 event still takes an excellent week, so worth celebrating if any of our guys manage it!

2 of the 3 seeds include Neal and Lloyd as well. Sadly , both

in top half. As are Jamie and Dan, winner of whom could play Neal next

The Jamie-Dan match is super fun, proof that when no-one has a deadly serve, doubles is ten times better to watch.

Well done Jamie plus, Jamie needed that more than Dan, although disappointing week all in all for Dan.
