Week 6 - ITF W25 - Bath, Great Britain Hard

As Paul says, so easy for Marni. Lots of aggressive hard-hitting. I see that 11 of Pigato's top counters have come on clay courts with just 15 of her 103 points coming on hard courts, so maybe not so surprising that it was so one-sided.

Holy moly. Top seeds got very lucky there.

Emily's smash at 4-7* was clearly out but not called. Did well to save 3 match points before Isabelle made a howler of a leave, ball landed in to give the Bath girls a fourth go. Saved it, and eventually won 12-10.

So near to what would have been two enormous upsets in the doubles!

But yet another MTO for her ....
