Great start to 2023. Is there a link that shows how many points you get for getting through rounds at the different levels? Ive no idea how many points you get for getting through the 1st round of a W60 event.

So it is 8 points for a first round win, 15 for reaching the QF and 29 for the SF. At least another win required to improve then.

The winner of Heather's match plays the winner of Lily's match.

Katie plays the winner of a Q and LL.

Jodie plays the winner of a Q and WC.

Heather or Lily could meet Katie in the QF.

1st and 2nd and 4th seeds all lost. The 3rd and 5th seeds are still to play.

Obviously it would have been nice for Jodie to have closed her match in 2 but very encouraging that she regrouped and recovered. Great stuff from all 3 in tricky matches.

Yes, of course regrouping and recovering used to be such a problem for Jodie. That notably changed during last year and it is good to see again early in the new year.

Overall very encouraging first outings of the year
