I think just comparing who has risen the most might be a little misleading as some players in the top 200 obviously haven't moved as much as the ones lower down (eg George Loffhagen who was 579 in early December and now up to 207).
I have the rankings from 09/12/2024 for the men and women, but haven't kept the current rankings up to date in the spreadsheet for all players. I'll see what I can do tomorrow.
