 Yes

The first 34 weeks of 2022 gave about twice as many titles as 2021. The last 18 weeks was about even due to a surge in 2021 after Emma's US title.

Mens doubles and Girls doubles the biggest gains.

Interesting that, although not exactly matched, the improvement in top 10 AR happened over a similar time period and the subsequent plateau/smaller drop has happened for men and women around the same time.
