The Premier event in Loughborough kicked off yesterday, with lots of matches going to 11-9, or 13-11, or whatever in the MTB. Two groups matches each were played yesterday.

Mens:

Four groups of four

The only guys with two wins out of two are: Mike Shaw, Sizya, Adam Jones and Roan Jones

Women:

They only played one round yesterday

Elise van Meeteren withdrew, which is disappointing
As did Adeola Greatorex and Tamara Malazonia, both after retiring in their first match
Erin Pearce got a nice win over Ruby Cooling though

Stirling Grade 2

Great to see Nico Rosenweig (FRA), now coach up at Stirling, taking part - that man's two-handed tennis is a weird sight (never quite understood how you can be a coach ) - but it makes for interesting watching

The SFs are:

Jack Deveney v Liam Hignett
Nico R v Jordan Reed Thomson

The girls is a youngster affair:

SFs

Kate Mansfield (USA) (age 18) v Teodora Prisadnikova (age 14)

Lois Newberry (age 16) v Allegra K Davies (age 15)
