Fantastic!

I think we have a nice group now - Katy, Eliz, Amarni, Freya, along with the younger players - who should be looking to score their first 25k title in the UK series planned for early 2023.

I think Katy has an equivalent of a 25k in 2014 and 2027. Back when the now 15ks were 10ks and the 25Ks were 15ks. Before a very much needed jump in prize money.

Shame if she's got to wait that long for her next title wink

It will be interesting to see how the entries break down in the new year as it is starting off with a raft of new 40Ks, which should attract some of the better 25K competitors, leaving the 25Ks to attract the better 15K competitors.

This has probably been covered before but I don't follow the WTA side as much as I do the ATP. I know the ITF 25's got a uptick in points a few years ago, do you know if this is dropping down again to be replaced by these new 40ks?

The 2023 ITF rulebook has the same points for the various levels of tournament - but has blanks for the W40 points, so I guess they are waiting for the WTA to make up their minds.

What a great end of season for Katy. Really hope she can carry this into 2023 and look forward to seeing how she does
