She's showing at live WR243 on 263 points, and has just two counters to drop in the rest of this year (12+7 replaced by 5+5) so every chance of moving up further. Looks a pretty good chance of making the cut.

In fairness to Heather, the last time she played a match under 100k level is May 2019. She could have done a Rus and won a ton of 60 and 80ks, but she's stuck at a high level.

I may be wrong - just checking wiki- but Lily has never won a title of this stature/level before , so this could be a career high for her? Heather presumably favourite?

Yep. She has 4 titles. 3 at 15K and 1 at 25K. She did get to a 60K final in October last year but lost to Tara's other half.

Yes Heather did tighten up which definitely affected her serve so she wasn't getting as many cheap points. However at the same time Lily played some extraordinary winners and definitely lifted her game - credit where credit's due.

Heather looks absolutely crushed. Understandably. Lily did well, maintained a very high level throughout, didn't give up and was absolutely ready to take advantage when Heather started to get tight.

Had been rooting for Heather, felt like she needed this one and a brutal way to let it slip.
