Whereas this week we've got four players and no one's drawn a seed

 What I meant was that this is another "hard to get to" Spanish enclave - hence the lack of competitors in general smile

Doubles - not a full draw, and only 3 seeded teams. A number of these players are 18 or 19 years old and have had a ranking recently - if only in the 1600's. Allegra (16yo) is the only one of the players listed here that is under 18.
