Could doubles be the future for Freya?

Hopefully not. She has played herself into a bit of form in singles and doubles. Still young enough to do both.

But "Well done" biggrinbiggrin

Doubles though certainly does continue to look the long term future for Ali. She has very good anticipation. Big CH and she has moved 3 points ahead of her erstwhile partner Emma App ( they will be GB #9 and #10 ).

She never really seemed to find the consistency required to advance in singles. Have injury issues / concerns been part of the reasoning for her full focus on doubles?

Another one who hopes not, with a career high in the 200s in her teens, Freya should definitely still give her singles a good go, she clearly has the ability, possibly lacking a bit of self belief. Hopefully the success at doubles will give her confidence in the singles.
