Yastrzemska has lost 9 of her last 11 matches and Emma has at least won some first/second round matches. Im not convinced she will win but lets not pretend it isnt a good draw. It definitely is.

Yastremska has actually lost 11 out of her last 13 matches. Since Yastremska came back from her drug suspension in July last year there are only 3 tournaments in which she has won more than 2 matches. Emma should be full of confidence with this draw.

Q2: DART, Harriet (GBR) (1) 88 (CH=84 2022) v FRIEDSAM, Anna-Lena (GER) (11) 201 (CH=45 2016) Q2: BURRAGE, Jodie (GBR) (6) 141 =CH v VOEGELE, Stefanie (SUI) (12) 218 (CH=42 2013) They met at the US Open last year with Stefaie winning 7-6(4) in the 3rd.
Famous last words but surely Jodie should win this time?

I am in total disagreement about that approach to Emma, she should be told here is a feisty player, nearly in top 20 , capable of beating anybody at the top of their game, therefore I don't expect you to win, so if you give it your best shot you might be in with a chance etc
