In singles. Just cam and Dan this week. Cam plays Rune, seeded 9. Dan plays Krajinovic (again!) and then Tsitsipas in round 2 .

Sonay Kartal in New York but hasn't played since Wimbledon, is she going in cold to US Open qualifying?

I thought she was supposed to be playing the ITF 60K in the Bronx this week, but the ITF site doesn't have an acceptance list for this tournament.

I didnt realise Jack wasnt on the entry list to begin with . Big shame as the courts are fast at Cinci . He could have done some damage .

I think hes still entered for Winston Salem ( would rather he didnt play but with no tennis next week I guess he will ) .

The event has its own website. Not much informaton there at the moment, apart from listing who has got the WC's - all American of course. It looks as though they are expecting most of the players to go on from there straight into the USO main draw though, so looks like a stacked draw. Qualifying draw will be out sometime after 6pm local.

Sonay is indeed in the draw in the Bronx - got the 11th seed from Cyprus - great to see her name there (Sonay's, not the Cypriot's, although no problem with her name being there either )
