I can perhaps understand this withdrawal but not also withdrawing from Bronx in the following week too. Hmmm...

 Might have been OK but for the day she had to play 2 matches and by then she had already withdrawn from the following week. Unfortunate but given her history and the lack of any immediate need for points, it isn't a huge issue.

Disappointed Swan has withdrawn . I guess shes saving herself for US Open qualifying . Understandable I guess but a big opportunity too kick on is kind of missed .

She always seems too go off the boil or get a injury right after a title .
