Am I right that the winners today got 1 ITF point?

But that the winners tomorrow will get 1 WTA point? (as well as 4 ITF points?)

WTA is one point for qualifying
ITF is 1 for FQR and 3 for qualifying.
So you are almost correct - it would have been 4 ITF for qualifying at a W25+H tournament. (ITF rulebook Appendix K - points for WTA and ITF)

 Thanks, the addict

The WTA point for the winner tomorrow is quite a big deal for some of those players.

And although ITF points aren't really worth all that much, it's nice for Jizel, Alicia and Jaquelyn - who are all completely unranked - to at least have an ITF point for their efforts

It's Lauryn/Dani and Alicia/Katarina on the streamed courts - although you can see a fair bit of the other two courts from those cameras too

Kristina and Emma have both won their first sets, easily, against foreign players

Dani has taken the first set off Lauryn who's been making tons of errors and looking flat

Alicia v Kat is a quality match - good ball-striking (and poor overheads) from both - well constructed points - very close

An excellent win from Alicia D today against a player ranked in the top 800 (and quite rightly so)

She hung in there at the start when Kat S had the upper hand, took advantage of the wobble Kat had at the end of the first set, and then was really strong at the start of the second, not conceding an inch and beginning more and more to dictate play

FQR: DUDENEY, Alicia (GBR) UNR/UNR def. STRESNAKOVA, Katarina (SVK) (3) 796/185 7-5 6-2

Another 'pesky' foreign player bites the dust:

FQR: WILSON, Emma (GBR) (7) 1096/134 (CH=1096/133 2022) def. NYLANDER ALTELIUS, Jaqueline (SWE) (11) 1463/624 (CH=1317/558 2021) 6-1 3-6 10-2

And a good win for Dani, who deserved that match:

FQR: DALEY, Danielle (GBR) (9) 1286/171 def. JOHN-BAPTISTE, Lauryn (GBR) (4) 986/613 6-3 6-3
