No Louis Bowden?

He might not be my absolute favourite but, unless he's got a MD wildcard as well, would seem mean he's not there in qualis, at least

Louis Bowden does have a main draw wild card along with the other 7 suggested by David.

Thanks - I put him down on my list while watching some tennis, but somehow missed him out when transcribing later

No joy unfortunately in the boys qualifying. Unlike the girls, all the boys went out in the first round.

Not only is Louis in the main draw, but he draws the top seed Gabriel Debru, while Henry Searle is paired with the second seed

Hopefully Will Jansen can give Louis some tips about beating Debru as he won against him at Nottingham.

Is it not a little concerning that every British boy in the draw is a wildcard? Is there a derth of talent on the junior boys side right now?

Nothing outstanding at the top age group. Some very good younger ones coming through.
