I wondered about that ranking for Rosco. But I see it's right. She evidently wasn't entered but has turned up to get into an undersubscribed qualifying draw as top seed. She looks as if she is high enough ranked to have been seeded in the MD.

She is seeded 6 in the main draw.

Getting to the SF gives Emily (+3) replacing 15 from Dallas 2019 -  usefull non-counter as she has 35 from Montpellier 2021 off at the start of July.
