Confident service game from Jodie after getting the break back, unlike previous efforts when she made some awful errors on straightforward shots. Then kept the pressure on by playing some decent tennis, to take the 2nd set 7-5 after Petra had saved one set point with a good serve.

Yes Jodie! She was so nervous serving for it but that ace to save break point, wow. First match point she should have followed her ball in and got stuck, but no mistake second time.

Only managed to watch the end of the second set and the third. Have to say thats the best Ive seen her play. Frankly astonishing how confident she is at the moment and seems to be moving much better.

Stunning win from Jodie. Where as this form come from suddenly. Has she been working on the mental side to have more believe in herself. Whatever she is doing right now it is working. These past few weeks have to give her a new momentum going forward.
