I agree. The tentative relatively smash was particularly upsetting. As you say, it was her tiebreak.....
Miyazaki's game really is pleasing - takes the ball really early and uses much of the court, and stingey with free points without being passive. A chance to take us into a decider now after missing five BPs in that game (including 0-40).[1] Vekic 6-2 4-5* [WC] Miyazaki

Lily I suspect would have made greater use of it.
Heather does seem to enjoy a degree of good fortune her form perhaps doesn't really deserve.
