with many of the players in action this week, I can see several of these may need updated narratives - rather than doing on the hoof, Ill make sure they are all up to date for the vote itself, which is currently planned for Saturday night to Sunday night
I didnt vote in either of the last 2 POM polls so I am sure that Jon will allow me those extra votes for this month as I think I might need them! - right Jon???
Use them wisely, Kevin!
That sounds like an agreed and sanctioned, methinks!
Create multiple personas and you can vote til your hearts content !

Can't think of anyone who'd do that.
I also spoke to Bob in Brazil, Bob in France, Bob in Portugal, Bob in Croatia and a few other clones and they can't think of anyone who'd do that either.

I think after todays win over WR 7 Pliskova, and 3 other top 100 wins the past few weeks on grass, Katie B probably deserves a place in this discussion. I am sure folks are holding fire so as to not jump the gun, but either way, she will be on the list by the weekend!
I'm not waiting - just looked in to see if anyone had nominated her yet.

It is - it has probably turned out to be the strongest overall list we have had, although I can't prove that in any way statistically. I hope when we get the vote up that it is reflected in a good haul of votes as well

I can honestly say there are 6 of the listed contenders I could vote for and confidently argue they are player of the month. Its going to be very interesting - 3 of the males nominations and 3 of the women.
Im tempted to do 2 rounds of voting to sift it to a manageable list. Two semis and a final. Thoughts welcomed
I'm not convinced that 2 rounds of voting will help - there are six I would vote for, and knowing you they would probably all be in the same semi
There are a few that have hardly featured or performed well so far this month that could add to the list as there are plenty of opportunities over the next couple of weeks, so the list will probably need to be split anyway.
The way the numbers are going it might be worth considering separate mens and womens polls.
