Just to be clear, the final set was 10-4 in the MTB

I'd forgotten that they were playing final set tie-breaks to 10 ather than 7.

QR2:  Paul Jubb WR 231 vs Luca Nardi (ITA) WR 200 (CH =198 last week)

Like Paul, the Italian saw off his opponent, the q31, Andrej Martin (WR 130), in three sets.

So is the MTB to 10 because they're not playing best of 5 in qualies?

I think all slams have introduced it in the final set, once the set score reaches 6 all - whether it be main draw or qualies, mens or womens (presumably doubles as well?) .

Though yes they are playing just best of 3 in qualies, won't there be similar MTBs at 6-6 in MD 5th sets? I believe the Slams have aligned in having such MTBs at 6-6 in final acts?

thats a shame for Ryan but Kuznetsov is experienced and not really as low as his ranking suggests. Still, a good experience and on to the grass and, presumably, Surbiton?

Let's see if Liam can join Paul in the QR2 stage

Liam going through a topsy turvy match 6-0 4-6 and now 2-0 up and serving.

Anyone watching it at all, how is he playing?

Hes playing well. A few unforced errors here and there but olivo does little more than keep the ball in play and create angles so Liam is the aggressor. Hes taken a strong lead but needs to stay solid to win the match as olivo wont give it to him.
