Freya, almost certainly will get one, I'd have thought - her club, her home town.

Lauryn JB will be in with a shot. Maybe Talia. Maybe MArni.

I doubt Sarah Tatu will get a Q one because she's not in the academies, or even the UK, I think. But maybe....

The entry list is falling apart, lots of withdrawals in qualifiers.(next week is even weaker)

Sarah Tatu played at Nationals and is playing the G4 at Aldershot the week after, so I expect to see her in the qualifying draw.

If Emma Wilson doesn't get into qualifying directly, she might, then she will get a qwc.

I assume all the U16 girls are not eligible as they are playing Nationals.

 Sounds a pretty good call....

Yep, you were right, paulisi - Sarah Tatu got a quali wildcard

And Freya didn't get one to the main draw.

Given getting a wildcard is OK....

But the other quali ones are a little weird

Katie Dyson hasn't been around for years but, hey.....

Jada Okoye - who had just got thrashed in the UK Pro event by both Kate Mansfield and Jizel

Isabella Townsend....... really?

But you and SUperT going for Anna Brogan didn't come good..... she's in qualis

I'm guessing some of the QWC were the next GB on the list.

Wildcards by process of elimination/deduction:
Rana Stoiber
Talia
Lauryn Baptiste
Maia Lumsden

Eliz Maloney? She still shows on the qualifying list after Freya.

Maia withdrew from Nottingham almost as soon as the entry list came out. I think she'll want to take a week off and recover before going again. After such a long time out with long covid, its best to take things slow I think.

I'm disappointed for Anna.  It seems the powers that be are determined to make her do things the hard way, but I do think she'll come through qualifying which sadly means that Freya probably won't.

100% this. She need to manage herself for a while yet and give her body time to recover and adjust

The two Emilys Webley-Smith and Appleton are onto the qualifying list for the Switzerland 60K (clay) and both will presumably be aiming to play doubles too.

The doubles advance entry list includes EWS+Leonie Kung and EA+Ali Collins. Lissey and Liv are in Switzerland as well and could well be top seeds.
