Not British I know, but I noticed Schwartzmann is playing Isner on another court, talk about a David v Goliath battle....wink

Those double faults were nasty....

Keys is taking her apart unfortunately. Ball sitting beautifully for the American to take a swing.

Harriet missed a break point in the first game then broken after serving two bad doubles from *40-15 in the second. Keys totally settled in from *0-3 and not feeling any pressure. Shame as in the first two games Harriet was having joy and looked like she could cause Madison an awkward afternoon.

Harriet with some thinking to do.

1-6 *0-0

Did her best, fought hard to hold serve four times. But at *4-4 she misses all her first serves. A double fault and three return winners.

4-5*

I know its objectively quite impressive sometimes and can get results, but my god, Maddison Keys has THE most boring game style ever. I dont think Ive ever watched a match of hers and been entertained

A decent second set.

But it was very much Madison's set, and definitely her match.

Harriet won't be pleased with how she played, a lot of rather wild forehands, not enough first serves....

But there was some good stuff too.

And overall a super week.

A match to forget for Harriet but a tournament to remember.

 Ball basher Keys

I dislike Ka.Pliskova's game also.

Great tournament for Harriet but an awful performance today. Madison Keys 44% first serves in play, 4 dfs, yet only faced one bp. That was Naomi Broady standard returning from Harriet.

Plenty of huge forehands from Madison and a fair number of errors too, in a poor quality match. So many of Harriet's shots landed miles over the baseline. And her serve looked uncompetitive throughout.

Perhaps the occasion got to Harriet playing one of the the biggest matches of her career to date.

I see the WTA Tour is now sponsored by a medical firm called Hologic, the Hologic WTA Tour.

Steve Simon confirming little progress made on Peng, a final decision on Chinese events taking place later this year is imminent, and he has no support for those wanting to stop Russian players playing, something I dont agree with but his arguments are sound.

5 matches in a row - especially at this level, is an extraordinary achievement. 3 top 100 wins in the maindraw including Svitolina - MASSIVE congratulations Harriet, hope you can have a bit of rest before Miami.

I wondered whether it was due to being the last Brit standing too, especially as the other one was the US open Champion. Not an easy ask.

This week has been an incredible turning point for me, Dart just said, when chatting to @BBCSport

She felt she was a little flat today - sixth match, maybe a step too far.
