Hannah Read was on my radar as one to watch, but seems to be struggling at 5he moment

 Yes, exactly, me too.

I thought she had a very promising game (rather Katie Boulter-esque) a couple of years ago.

No idea what's going on behind the scenes but, like you, bit disappointed to see she's not really moving on

Norway, J4:

SF wins for Freddy and Hep

so both our players into the final

Hep only has three singles pointers at the moment so this will be a nice boost, whatever the outcome

She's playing the local 16 year-old who put out Hannah in R1, and who is pretty poorly ranked, so must have been a lovely suprise for the home crowd.

But all nice things come to an end - so, sorry, young Josefine, time to step aside for our girl now

(Hep&Ellie and Freddy&Viktor both lost their dubs semis)

Very good day in Senegal, J5

QF: Wins for George Russell, Macy Denney Richards and Georgina Hays.

Macy is only 14 (born 2007) and (I think) based at Soto.

Georgina is 15, born 2006, and based in France

(George Russell is 18)

Good luck too all in their semis tomorrow.

The Oslo G4 has been a happy hunting ground for Brits, with Emma Raducanu and Jack Draper amongst many British winners - so lets hope that continues.
