Everytime I've seen Eden, she was either alone or with her brother.
I don't think there are any money issues - parents are quite well off

Yes I heard that as well, no money issues in the Silva family.

Meanwhile Emma being made to battle against Gavrilova. I do fear for Emma with the pressure of her ranking and status being a bit too high for where her game really is.

Takes the first set 7-5 after 7 set points in the end. Helped mainly by Saville and her serve. Both players struggling, probably as good a draw as you can get at this stage especially as Saville isnt match fit.

Into a decider. Saville serving better, Emma too many errors. Occasional 5 star shots but few and far between. Back tp sleep for me. Fingers crossed.

The 2nd set must have taken about an hour and a half due to the large number of deuces. There was one game where Emma saved seven break points before losing the eighth. Emma was a break up for much of the first half of the second set. After a string of games going against service, Daria finally held service to level the score at 5-5.

Daria has played several Aus tournaments this year so is clearly making her way back from surgery.
