Sonay is planning on playing Turkey. But she better hope there are plenty of withdrawals tomorrow as she's currently 157th alt.

 One a minute - now up to 149.

There are 28 players in the main draw and qualifying spots who didn't have this as there first choice.

That's why is was more important for Sonay than Jodie to win last week.     Quite something to win back to back $25Ks and then be so far out of getting into qualifying for a $25K, when if she had a higher ranking we would probably be saying she should be testing herself on something more difficult.

Wonder if she will just wait till her new ranking kicks in before playing. So either 14th or 21st March depending if you go on the pre or post Glasgow one. Pre Glasgow would have her around 50ish on the alts list for this week whereas post would currently have her in the Q spots.

Sonay up to 95 on the alternates list, after the withdrawal deadline but before automatic withdrawals. Last qualifying is now WR379.
Not going to make it.

I see Katie and Jodie have both withdrawn from the Mexico ITF. I can only assume Katie is expecting to play qualifying at Indian Wells although she is still showing as 3rd alt.

In IW mens doubles, we have Joe and Rajeev, Neal and Wesley, Jamie and Bruno, Dan is with Garin and Cam is with Delbonis (that's a bit random?).

Jonny and Ken are alts
