Jodie has a shocking record against Ozgen. A couple of them came very early on her career, and coming up to 36 y/o Pemra is maybe not at her peak, but their H2H is 5-0 and Jodie has only won 1 set, so she probably won't like that draw psychologically.
It's often hard to back up a good week with another, but all being well, Sonay will hopefully be able to get past her seed. Siskova was a similar low seed last week, but lost in R2, and was a betting underdog against both of her non seeded opponents (obviously winning one), so you'd think Sonay would be a fairly clear betting favourite in that, at least on paper.
Obviously who knows what will happen after last week, but I think 2 through in addition to the guaranteed one would be a decent return here.
I think players without 3 counters before today and including pending Birmingham counters is Eva Shaw 2 Amarni Banks 2 Victoria Allen 2 Angelica Blake 2 Ella Taylor 2 Katarzyna Pitak 2 Chloe Compson 2 Sashi Kempster 2 Emma Wilson 2 Danielle Daley 2 Mingge Xu 2 Laura Robson 1 Grace Piper 1 Jasmine Amber Asghar 1 Cheri Darley 1 Vera Pursnani 1 Sasha Hill 1 Amelia Rajecki 1 Alicia Robinson 1 Anoushka Wooller 1 Nell Miller 1 Suzy Larkin 1 Destinee Martins 1 Olivia Nicholls 1 Jasmine Conway 1 Abigal Amos 1 Isabelle Lacy 1
I'm not sure why some people think Nadia has a counter from Monastir. She didn't get out of qualifying and there wasn't a point for reaching a 15K FQR under the higher points last year.
Good work, thanks
Though as pointed out in the other thread Jasmine is ranked with quite a number more counters. Someone else?

Liv plays the occasional singles - when she can get into qualifying, which is pretty rare. She is usually on the alt lists when she is playing doubles.
Another defeat in qualifying for Joanna. It's been a pretty disappointing start to the year for her.
A win of Abigail A in R1 of Bath, but then a loss to Freya in R2.
Loughborough was fine, as she beat the Bath champ in R1, and then pushed Bolkvadze really hard in R2, although no significant points gain
Lost to Eliz in Birmingham quals last week.
Lost to the #999 in FQR today as a fairly big favourite.
So that's 4 W25 events, she was a seed in Bath, but only 10 points to show for it.
Main draw out and a MDWC for Sonay, not an SE? That's very disappointing.
Yes. I'm pretty useless on rules but it seemed that it was reasonably clear that she was entitled to an SE, no?
Reasonable chance the organisers had no idea about the rules - happens pretty often, from my experience.
Somebody somewhere needs to be given a stern warning . If she was eligible then it's very poor on two fronts - free up a MDWC for Sonay later in the year (if required), but more importantly short term, to allow someone else the opportunity to play in the main draw. It's basically the equivalent of handing a MDWC back, but even worse.
Maybe Sonay didn't request an SE knowing she had a wildcard.
But what advantage does that do her? Absolutely nothing as far as I am/was aware. They are basically the equivalent of each other - a free passage into a main draw, but now, she has one less for later in the year if her ranking wasn't quite high enough down the line, and obviously someone else misses out (unless that was the main consideration).
You would have thought the LTA would have intervened. Pretty bizarre if a warranted pass was declined - unless there is something that I'm not aware of?
The ITF would have been informed of Sonay's wild card on Wednesday before she could apply for a potential SE. So a possible explanation could be she was regarded as being in the main draw and not in qualifying so wasn't eligible for a SE.
I don't believe this to be the case but I offer it as a possible explanation.
The Anna Brogan overlook is very very strange. Judy Murray is very supportive of her on social media I suspect there is something going on there. Tennis in Scotland is very middle class and elitist if your face doesnt fit.
Saw on the wildcard thread Talia only has 2 wildcards left. Couldnt get a SE as she wasnt on the qualifying acceptance list so likely shes saving her 2 wildcards for later. Would make sense to do this and compete in some junior events in the meanwhile. The chart shows she gets 3 more wildcards but not until 17th birthday which is back end of September.
