I'm not sure if her decision to play this over St P was made before or after her last match with Djoubri, but given her start to the year, as well as her post US Open 2021 form, I think this would have been the better choice out of the two, albeit a tough draw as Indy says, but fingers crossed she can get something going

 13 (net 11) points so far take her up to 77 points. live-tennis is currently showing her as up a handy 45 places at live 566. Her CH is 453 in 2019.

Ugh, 2 DF's in a row at match point and it's 5-5* in the second. Mind you, 6 aces and 3 DF in her last two service games, so serve is sort of working well !

4 match points came and went in that game, but you're right Addict she's on 10 aces for the match which is good to see (the 8 doubles less so!).
