With Dan, Neal and Ken also in Doha, good little group to make it a relaxed working trip. They all get on well.

Hopefully the same doubles cohort will move onto Dubai as well

Will be very interesting to see where the wildcards go for the ladies in Glasgow

There may be a balancing act with no UK tournament until April with the girls performing well this week and those needing points.i've added a thread in the women's tournament with which players have received which wildcards

Several of the top ranked entrants have pulled out of the men's event in Glasgow (particularly pleased to see Sijsling go, I've seen him beat too many Brits ....)

So Aidan is top seed, and Parker and Gray are now in the MD. As is Felix if there are no SEs. (Lots more in qualis too)

The women's event still looks very rich though, with only 2 high ranked withdrawals in the last few days.

Jasmine, Dani and Marni are now directly in qualis though.

Have just tidied the above entry lists a little to reflect this.

Interesting to see Jan C has gone for a German M15 instead of keeping on with the British events, although he was missing this week of course. I would have thought he would dominate an M15, maybe that is the plan, to ensure lots of game time?

He might also possible have German league tennis to play?

Or just want to visit family or whatever.

Why would Eden go to Mexico for the same level tournament as Glasgow?
