The Tour moves onto Newport this week. Roy Keegan and Hugo Cochlin get wild cards (Cochlin not Coquelin!) but play each other and the winner then plays top seeded Michael Shaw.

Henry Searle has a qualies wild card.

Abigail Amos tops the womens lists.

 Hasn't played since the ITF event in Bath. Assume he's been injured? Makes sense to play some matches before hitting the tour again.

Giles had to retire in one of his matches - so presumably still not fully recovered...... :(

Miles Groom has made the men's final, which I'm pleased about - I quite like his game.

And will play (2) Yannis Xilas [2155] from Greece


In the women's, it's Orla Cooper (a GB player I've never heard of) v Marelie Raath, a girl from South Africa.
