Emma doesn't have any points dropping while all those above her do, most notably the last 2 winners of the AO Kenin dropping from 13 to 92 and Osaka from 14 to 95 in the live rankings. She was only 167 points off 13th and with Svitolina dropping (live) net 170, Gauff net 230 and Halep net 710 as well as Kenin and Osaka dropping most of their points that is how shevhas moved up.

Yes Hev!! Given she was broken at *5-5 from 40-15 up I was pretty convinced she was gonna lose, especially when she was down a break with Sherif having a point for *0-2. Great fight.

 

Harriet I think the scoreline looks a little harsh? First set was pretty tight and she had game points she couldn't manage to convert.
