Turkey, J3:

Will Jansen is 3rd seed here

 

Bahrain, J5:

Issah Ali lost in R1

 

Norway, J5: 

Kyran Maggimay and James Ashworth are in R1

As are Isabella Gibson and Ashira Murray

 

Finland, J5:

Viktor Frydrych is here

As are Tia BonitaJakupovic-Kljako and Amelie Brooks

Norway, J5:

R1 wins for Isabella Gibson, Ashira Murray & Kyran Maggimay.

James Ashworth lost.

However, he won his doubles with Adam Singleton. 

Isabella+ and Ashira+ won their dubs too. 

As did Kyran+



Finland, J5:

Viktor Frydrych won in R1.

Tia BonitaJakupovic-Kljako and Amelie Brooks both lost 


Turkey, J3:

Will Jansen (seeded 3) lost very easily.

Shame for Will Jansen, was hoping he would have a good run this week and add to his 5 titles so far this season

Will Jansen is into the SF of the doubles in the J3 in Turkey (although that was thanks to a BYE and then a walkover, I think). However, he's sitll in it.....

Bit of a downer in Norway, J5, as Norway Isabella Gibson, Ashira Murray & Kyran Maggimay all lost (although Kyran put up a good show against the top seed)

 And Will is also top seeded in that Turkish doubles event - and clearly will be well rested (no draw appears on ITF page however, just the order of play showing them playing their semifinal today).

The draw was up yesterday, with the BYE etc. - it's just a computer blip, I'd say.

And you can see the walkover and other results from the others order of plays, if you really want

Well, Will + lost quite comfortably in their semifinal, not to be this week at least

And is into the Qfs and SFs respectively.

Tia Bonita Jakupovic-Kljako and Amelie Brooks lost their doubles


All finished in Norway.


Nigeria, J5:

Tom Chapman lost in R1 (but got a win in R1 dubs)

But Mukhtar Andu has won two rounds in singles, including beating the 2nd seed.

Dubs to come.

Mukhtar reached the semis in Nigeria but went down in his doubles qf and then
Tom chapman lost his doubles semi.

We seem to be getting some promising results from the next generation of young players. It's exciting and hopefully they're spurring each other on.
